John Beulik and his wife, Marsha, sold their four-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Sunset Hills at 9340 Fox Glen Dr. to Barbara Rueschhoff for $410,000 on July 2.

Rhonda Hatch of Prudential Advantage listed the 2,517 square foot home for $439,000.

The Bueliks paid $380,000 for the home in 1998, the year it was built.

Mr. Buelik is a partner in the St. Louis office of law firm Armstrong Teasdale LLP. His practice involves patent, trademark and intellectual property law.

In 2007 he was listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Buelik earned his J.D. at the Saint Louis University School of Law after receiving an engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma.

The Bueliks purchased another home in the Sunset Hills area in 2004.
