County engineer and attorney pay $600K in Ballwin

Daniel Dreisewerd and his wife, Sherry, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Ballwin at 854 Courtwood Lane for $600,000 from Stephen R. Archer and his wife, Barbara, on July 10.

Prudential Select Properties Donna Giamalva listed the 3,319 square foot home for $599,000. It was built in 1990 and remodeled in 1993.

Mr. Dreisewerd works with the St. Louis County department of highways and traffic and has served as president of the Transportation Engineering Association of St. Louis.

Mrs. Dreisewerd is an associate attorney at the law firm of Polsinelli Shalton Flanagan Suelthaus.

She earned both her B.A. and J.D. from Washington University.
