Amy Puchta and Eric Post bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Rock Hill at 9224 Merritt Ave. for $458,000 from Select Custom Builders on Aug. 2.

Select Custom Builders paid $130,000 for the property in Jan. 2006.

Re/Max Results' Sandie Hea listed the 2,700 square foot new construction home for $459,800.

Puchta is the owner, President and CEO of AMI Telecom, Inc., a telecommunications company specializing in toll free teleconferencing.

She earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she founded the International Business Organization. She also attended the University of Austria-Vienna Business School.
