Bryan Wulfing and his wife, Elizabeth, bought a four-bedroom, three bath in Olivette at 33 The Orchards Lane for $759,881 from David A. Niemoeller and his wife, Leslie, on Aug. 6.
The Niemoellers paid $524,500 for the 3,292 square foot home in 1998. It was built in 1940.
Sara Moseley of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty listed the home for $769,500.
Mr. Wulfing is a client relationship manager at TALX Corp., which offers human resources and payroll services to companies. The company was recently acquired by Equifax, Inc.
Prior to joining TALX, Mr. Wulfing held a similar position at St. Louis-based communications company SAVVIS, Inc.
He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Mrs. Wulfing is a real estate agent with Janet McAfee Real Estate.
She graduated from Maryville University with a degree in interior design.
According to BlockShopper Metrics the sale at 33 The Orchards Lane was the 11th highest sale price in 2007. More homes in Olivette have sold in 2007 (127) then all of 2006 (113), while the median sales price has ticked up one percent to $250,000.
