Jason C. Pulos and his wife, Barbara, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 15 Hacienda Dr. in Ladue for $750,000 from Andrew and Audrey Shanfeld on Aug. 1.

Helane Isaacs of Laura McCarthy Clayton real estate was the agent for the sale. The listed price was $769,000.

Mr. Pulos is an executive with the Asset Consulting Group Inc., a St. Louis investment firm. He works primarily with the firm's institutional clients, specializing in drawing investment policy statements, asset allocation and portfolio construction.

He received his J.D. from Saint Louis University and his bachelor's from the University of Missouri.

Ladue home sales have dropped five percent through July 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, has rose $58,000 from $640,000 in 2006 to $698,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices in Ladue has risen steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
