Senniger associate buys in Mehlville

Jason H. Conway and his wife, Colleen, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Mehlville at 4818 Crosswood Dr. for $350,000 from James A. Schwartz on August 7.

Mr. Schwartz paid $249,100 for the home in 1999, the year it was built by Mayer Custom Homes.

Mr. Conway is an associate attorney with the law firm of Senniger Powers in St. Louis. The firm specializes in patent and trademark applications and other aspects of intellectual property law.

Mr. Conway is involved with the preparation and prosecution of mechanical patents.

He earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Saint Louis University and his J.D. from Washington University.

Home sales in Mehlville are down slightly in 2007, both in volume and median sales price. This time last year there were 41 more homes sold bringing an average of three percent more per sale. The home at 4818 Crosswood Dr. brought the fourth-highest sale price in Mehlville in 2007.
