Guptill is the President of KM At Work, Inc., a project management and consulting firm run out of her home in Brentwood. The company specializes in providing project direction and resource management for healthcare organizations.

She previously served as the Vice President of Knowledge Management for Partners First, a subsidiary of Ascension Health. She has also held senior level positions for Care Science, Solucient, Ernst & Young and the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics.

She has also served as an adjunct faculty member for Webster University in knowledge management.

Guptill received her master's in Health Systems Management from Tulane University and a bachelor's in Health Administration from the University of Arizona.

Brentwood home sales have dropped five percent through July 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period has also dropped $3,000 from $166,000 in 2006 to $163,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices in Brentwood have risen steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
