Former St. Louis Electrical Board president selling in Fenton

Jacqueline Postiglione has listed her four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 715 River Hills Dr. in Fenton for $700,000.

Kelly Wehrle of RE/MAX Properties West is the listing agent for the sale of the 3,588 square foot home.

In 2001 Postiglione became the first woman elected as the President of the St. Louis Electrical Board (now known as the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois) in the organization's 92-year history. She served for the 2001-2002 fiscal year.

She has also worked for the Farnsworth Group, an engineering and architectural firm with 13 offices throughout the U.S.

Fenton home sales rose 18 percent through July 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period has rose $35,000 from $242,000 in 2006 to $277,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices in Fenton have risen steadily over the last seven years, according to BlockShopper Metrics, which began keeping track in 1999.
