Mr. Shaver is a Senior Consultant with Technology Partners, an IT solutions firm based in Chesterfield. He has worked for the company since March 2006 and has been part of web site construction for organizations such as the St. Louis Zoo, The City of St. Charles, the County of St. Louis and Saflex, a division of Solutia.

He previously worked for IT firm Quilogy from 1997-2006 and was a senior consultant with the company before joining Technology Partners last year.

Mrs. Shaver is a speech and language pathologist and formerly worked at Kirkwood High School.

Kirkwood home sales have dropped 11 percent through July 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period has also dropped $10,000 from $210,000 in 2006 to $200,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices in Kirkwood rose steadily from 1999 to 2005 but dropped in 2006, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
