Thomas Boudreau bought a four-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 1 Mayfair Rd. in Ladue for $2.2 million from Frank and Patricia Sinn on Aug. 31.

The Sinns paid $995,000 for the home in Aug. 2001.

Megan Holekamp of Janet McAfee real estate listed the home for its selling price.

Boudreau is the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Express Scripts, Inc., a St. Louis-based independent pharmacy benefit manager. The company, which was founded in 1986, provides retail drug card programs, home delivery pharmacy services and other drug services.

It has been a Fortune 500 company for the past eight years.

Mrs. Sinn has worked as an attorney in the Library of Congress Copyright Office, specializing in intellectual property law. She received her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.

Ladue home sales have dropped two percent through August 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, has risen $53,000 from $665,000 in 2006 to $718,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices in Ladue have risen steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
