With just 284 people living in Westwood, not many homes are sold in the city, just two in fact so far this year and only three in all of 2006. According to BlockShopper Metrics, median home sale prices in Westwood fell precipitously in 2001 and 2002 but recovered and have been rising steadily ever since.
