Anheuser-Busch analyst buys Fenton 3BD

Rakesh Khairnar and his wife, Prajakta Sonawane, bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 13315 Wintergreen Estates Dr. in Fenton for $210,000 from Bill King on Sept. 11.

King paid $188,750 for the home in Oct. 2006.

Marjorie Borger of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $239,900 when it appeared on the market in April.

Mr. Khairnar is a business analyst for Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis. He previously worked in the same role in the consumer electronics industry and attended Saint Louis University.

Fenton home sales have risen 72 percent through September 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period has also gone up $32,000 from $240,000 to $272,000 this year.

Median sales prices in Fenton have risen steadily since 1999, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
