Lisa R. Oxenhandler bought a three-bedroom, 1.5 bath in Warson Woods at 1556 N. Woodlawn Ave. for $250,000 from Timothy and Cynthia Wells and Sally Rafferty on Sept. 13.

Bridget Neichter of Coldwell Banker Gundaker had the listing. It sold for full asking price. The 1,668 square foot home was built in 1959.

Oxenhandler is Vice President of Sales at Career Advancement Corp., a recruiting and staffing firm in St. Louis.

There has been one more home sold in Warson Woods through September of this year versus last, 29 to 28. However, the median sale price has dropped ten percent to $334,000 from $368,000 in 2006.

Other than a slight dip in 2000, median home sale prices in Warson Woods have been rising steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
