Matthew J. Lynch and his wife, Susan, sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 864 Chancellor Heights Dr. in Manchester for $377,500 to Scott and Autumn Peterson on Oct. 8.
The Lynch's paid $257,500 for the home in April 1996.
Fran Faupel of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $424,900 when it appeared on the market in May.
Mr. Lynch is the Vice President of Commercial Lending in the St. Louis office of Fifth Third Bank. He was hired for the position in February.
He previously served as a senior vice president working from the St. Louis Branch of Montgomery Bank, based in Sikeston, Mo.
He graduated from Southern Illinois University.
Manchester home sales have risen two percent through September 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period has also risen $12,000 from $198,000 in 2006 to $210,000 so far this year.
Median sales prices have risen steadily in Manchester since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
