Photographer snaps up 4BD in Ballwin

Timothy Pastor and his wife, Heather, bought a four-bedroom, two bath in Ballwin at 760 Penny Ct. for $248,000 from Primacy Closing Corp. on Oct. 10.
The 1,956 square foot home was built in 1971.
Mr. Pastor is a portrait and wedding photographer under the banner of his company Artisan Photography.
Home sales in Ballwin are down 19 percent so far this year compared with the same time frame in 2006. If this trend continues, it will be the fifth straight year in which the number of homes sold in Ballwin has declined. The median home sale price is down as well, off two percent to $222,000.
Median home sale prices have been rising steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began tracking data in 1999.
