Commercial real estate advisor sells in University City

Daniel Rossini and his wife, Allison, sold their four-bedroom, two bath at 7328 Northmoor Dr. in University City for $345,000 to Jeffrey and Liselotte Fox on Nov. 7.

The Rossinis paid $310,000 for the home in March 2003.

Stephenie Steinmann of Laura McCarthy real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $350,000.

Mr. Rossini is an advisor for Grubb & Ellis/Gundaker Commercial real estate in St. Louis. He has served in the role since 2006 and has worked for the Gundaker Commercial Group since 2004.

He previously worked as a branch manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2000-04.

He earned his bachelor's in Business Management from Southwest Missouri State.

Though University City has been the third most active market so far this year, according to BlockShopper Metrics, home sales are down 14 percent through September versus the same time frame in 2006. Median sale prices are lower by 24 percent to $145,000 versus last year's median of $195,000.

After a dip in 2000, median home sales prices in University City rose steadily before falling back again in 2004. A recovery in 2005 preceded a sharp drop in 2006.
