Robert Glik and his wife, Zoe, sold their four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 1 Brookside Lane in Ladue for $725,00 to Shiaw Yang Pyng and his wife, Yunging Wu, on Nov. 2.

The Gilks paid $580,000 for the home in Aug. 1999.

Bert Boyce of Janet McAfee Inc. real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $749,000.

Mr. Glik has served as the Vice President for Commercial Sales at St. Louis-based Global Granite & Marble. The company is a natural stone importer and distributor. He was hired for the position in 2002.

Ladue home sales have dropped 11 percent through September 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, has rose $43,000 from $675,000 in 2006 to $718,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices in Ladue have risen steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
