Kelly Triska and her husband, Roland, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 8765 Villa Crest Dr. in Crestwood for $260,000 to Bridget Lucarelli on Nov. 1.

The Triskas paid $170,000 for the property in July 1997.

Tracy Houska of L.K. Wood Realty Inc. was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $275,000 when it appeared on the market in June 2007.

Mrs. Triska is the vice president of client services for Gateway EDI, a St. Louis-based healthcare provider. She joined the company in 1996 and was promoted to her current position in Jan. 2005.

She previously served as the company's customer service manager.

Lucarelli is a first grade teacher at the St. Justin Martyr School, a grade school affiliated with the St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church in Sunset Hills.

Crestwood home sales have fallen 17 percent through September 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period has also slipped $3,000 from $180,000 in 2006 to $178,000 so far this year.

Median sales prices have risen steadily in Crestwood since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
