Olin School grad spends $325K in Wildwood

Paul Siracusa and his wife, Robyn, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 155 Cherry Hill Meadows Dr. in Wildwood for $325,000 from Kale and Michelle Erickson on Nov. 30.

The Ericksons paid $268,000 for the home in May 2001.

Helen Meier of Prudential Select Properties real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $339,900.

Mr. Siracusa is a consultant for MasterCard. St. Louis is the home of the credit card giant's Global Technology and Operations headquarters.

Prior to joining MasterCard, Siracusa served as senior internet technology engineer at Express Scripts and as a integration business analyst at the Maverick Tube Corporation. He has also worked as a middleware architect at Well Point.

He earned his M.B.A. from Washington University's Olin School of Business and his bachelor's from Missouri State University.

Home sales in Wildwood dropped 20 percent through Nov. 30, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, rose $10,000, from $355,000 to $365,000.

According to BlockShopper Metrics, median home sales prices in Wildwood have risen steadily since 1999.
