Coldwell Banker agent gets $435K for Glendale 2BD

Steve Breihan sold a two-bedroom, two bath at 21 Southridge Dr. in Glendale for $435,000 to Bill Callahan on Nov. 19.

Breihan paid $171,500 for the property in Oct. 1996.

Breihan is a real estate office in the Town and Country office for Coldwell Banker Gundaker. The St. Louis native has been a licensed realtor since 1986.

Home sales in Glendale dropped nine percent through Nov. 30, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, rose $18,000 from $260,000 to $278,000.

According to BlockShopper Metrics, median home sales prices in Glendale rose steadily from 1999-2004 before dropping in 2005. It rose again in 2006.
