Enterprise Rent-A-Car VP sells Creve Coeur 4BD

Suda Suvarna sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Creve Coeur at 7 Pine Manor Dr. for $787,500 to Sean and Amy McBride on Nov. 27.

Mr. Suvarna and his wife, Stephanie, bought the property in July 2007 for $835,000.

Carolyn Fox of Coldwell Banker Gundaker listed the 3,877 square foot home for $824,900.

Mr. Suvarna is an assistant vice president at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in St. Louis.

Home sales in Creve Coeur fell 27 percent in through November 2007 versus 2006. Median home sale prices, however, jumped 48 percent, the largest increase in St. Louis County.
