Engineer spends $336.5K for West County 4BD

Fred Herdlick bought a four-bedroom, three bath in an unincorporated area of West County at 1400 Dautel Lane for $336,500 from Kent Myers and his wife, Lynn, on Nov. 21.
Mr. Myers paid $342,500 for the home in June 2004.
William Sewell of Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Chesterfield office listed the 2,070 square foot home for $354,000. It was built in 1993.
Mr. Herdlick is the president of Electrorep, an electric utility and industrial products firm. He received his bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.
Home sales in Unincorporated West County were down 38 percent through Nov. 2007 versus 2006. The median sales price however, jumped ten percent to $209,000 in that same time period.
Median home sale prices have risen steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began keeping track in 1999.
