Allergy doc spends $741K for Creve Coeur 5BD

Dr. Hamsa Sabramanian and her husband, Thyagaraja, bought a five-bedroom, 5.5 bath at 108 Camfield Square Dr. in Creve Coeur for $741,000 from John and Ann Corbett on Dec. 7.
The Corbetts paid $705,000 for the home in July 2006.
Debra Manne of Laura McCarthy real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $770,000 when it appeared on the market in August.
Dr. Sabramanian specializes in allergies and immunology for Signature Health Insurances in St. Louis. She works at the company's clinic on Ballas Rd. in St. Louis, and her area hospital privileges include Missouri Baptist and Barnes-Jewish.
She earned her M.D. from Thanjavur Medical College in India, and completed her residency in internal medicine at St. Mary's Hospital in Clayton. She completed her fellowship in allergy and immunology at Washington University in St. Louis.
Home sales in Creve Coeur fell 27 percent in through November 2007 versus 2006. Median home sale prices, however, jumped 48 percent, the largest increase in St. Louis County.
