Aaron C. Nauman and his wife, Marissa, bought a three-bedroom, 1.5 bath at 862 Warwick Lane in Glendale for $300,000 from Edward Hampp and his wife, Barbara Rodgers, on Dec. 20.

Hampp and Rodgers paid $305,000 for the home in Nov. 2003.

Nikki and Mike Mahn of Prudential Select Properties real estate were the agents for the sale. The home was listed for $330,000 when it appeared on the market in September.

Mr. Nauman is an applications development manager at Reuters America in St. Louis, a role in which he's served since September. He has also worked as a business analyst for the company and was previously the applications development manager at the Edwards Technology Group Inc.

He earned his master's in Information Technology Management from Webster University (2003) and his bachelor's in History from Truman State University (1993).

Home sales in Glendale dropped nine percent through Nov. 30, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, rose $18,000 from $260,000 to $278,000.

According to BlockShopper Metrics, median home sales prices in Glendale rose steadily from 1999-2004 before dropping in 2005. It rose again in 2006.
