Geoff Tolsdorf and his wife, Krista, sold their three-bedroom, two bath at 1163 Kirkham Ave. in Glendale for $445,000 to Adam Imiolek and his wife, Janneke Zandberg, on Jan. 8.

The Tolsdorfs paid $189,900 for the home in Aug. 1994.

Steven Breihan of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $469,000.

Mr. Tolsdorf has worked for Schroeder & Tremayne, Inc., a St. Louis area-based manufacturer, distributor and marketer of bath and body products.

He has also served as the president of the St. Louis BMW Club.

Home sales in Glendale dropped nine percent through Nov. 30, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, rose $18,000 from $260,000 to $278,000.

According to BlockShopper Metrics, median home sales prices in Glendale rose steadily from 1999-2004 before dropping in 2005. It rose again in 2006.
