Daniel Neeser and his wife, Anastasia, bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 873 Burgundy Ln. in Manchester for $354,900 from Barry and Amy Wallis on Jan. 8.
Mr. and Mrs. Wallis paid $220,700 for the property in May 1993.
Sheryl Deskin of RE/MAX Properties West real estate sold the home for its listed price.
Mr. Neeser has worked as the manager of technical sales and as a construction marketing manager for Cooper Bussman. The St. Louis-based company manufactures and markets circuit protection products for the electrical, electronics and transportation industries.
He has also worked in construction project sales for Cutler-Hammer.
He earned his bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
Manchester home sales increased two percent through September 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period also rose $12,000 from $198,000 in 2006 to $210,000 in 2007.
Median sales prices have risen steadily in Manchester since 1999, with a slight dip in 2001, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
