Tim Fedrigon and his wife, Sally, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 2107 Dartmouth Place Dr. in Wildwood for $530,000 to Allen and Kelli Christian on Jan. 8.

The Fedrigons paid $565,000 for the home in Aug. 2006.

Jean Nakis of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $575,000 when it appeared on the market in September.

Mr. Fedrigon is the vice president of human resources for FKI Logistex, a global provider of automated material handling solutions with North American operations based in St. Louis. He joined the company in Sept. 2006.

He previously served as the director of human resources for the Cabot Corporation, a chemical manufacturing company. He has also worked in human resources for the Ingersoll-Rand Company.

He earned his bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Easter Illinois University.

Home sales in Wildwood dropped 20 percent through Nov. 30, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price over that time period, however, rose $10,000, from $355,000 to $365,000.

According to BlockShopper Metrics, median home sales prices in Wildwood have risen steadily since 1999.
