Georgene Frazier and her husband, Carey, sold their three-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 530 High Meadow Rd. in Frontenac for $510,000 to Hennessey Development Inc. on Jan. 17.

The Fraziers paid $323,775 for the property in Aug. 1996.

Mrs. Frazier has worked as a buyer for The Fur Centre, a fur coat retailer in Frontenac.

Home Sales in Frontenac were up eight percent through November 2007 versus the same period in 2006. Median home sale prices, however, fell 15 percent to $610,000 from $715,000 the previous year.

Other than slight dips in 2000 and 2002, median sale prices in Frontenac had been rising steadily since BlockShopper Metrics began tracking data in 1999.
