Nancy Tayborn and her husband, Gregory, sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 1808 Sagez Ct. in Wildwood for $330,000 to Betty Stoops on Jan. 22.

The Tayborns paid $342,000 for the home in Sept. 2006.

Thomas McCue of St. Louis Realty was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $349,900.

Mrs. Tayborn is an attorney who has worked in the St. Louis office of A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. and as a senior attorney for the St. Louis law firm Sandberg, Phoenix, & von Gontard, P.C.

She was also appointed to the Missouri Minority Business Advocacy Commission by former Missouri Governor Bob Holden in 2003, but resigned from the position over two years ago.

She earned her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law (1997) and her bachelor's in History and Spanish from the University of Texas ('93).

Home sales in Wildwood dropped 16 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $3,000 last year, from $358,000 in 2006 to $355,000 in 2007.

Median home sales prices in Wildwood have risen steadily since 1999, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
