Dr. Salvador LoBianco and his wife, Ketty, sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 1609 Wilson Forest View Ct. in Chesterfield for $434,000 to Theman and Crystal Brown on Feb. 6.

The LoBiancos paid $279,305 for the home in Feb. 2000.

Connie Lieber of Assist 2 Sell Sellers & Buyers Advantage real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $449,900 when it appeared on the market in August.

Dr. LoBianco specializes in internal medicine at Midwest Acute Care Consultants in St. Louis. The clinic is a physician-owned multi-specialty group providing hospitality, critical care and pulmonary services in St. Louis County and Southern Illinois.

He earned his M.D. from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara Medical School in Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Va., and his fellowship at John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.

Home sales in Chesterfield dropped 12 percent in 2007. The median sale price also dropped $1,000 last year, from $331,000 in 2006 to $330,000 in 2007.

Median home sales prices in Chesterfield have risen steadily since 1999, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
