Timothy Puschaver and his wife, Andrea, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 1032 Wellington Terrace in Town and Country for $655,000 from Paul and Angela Smallwood on Feb. 19.

The Smallwoods paid $645,000 for the home in May 2006.

Mrs. Smallwood, who is a real estate agent for Updated Homes LLC, was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $699,900.

Mr. Puschaver has served as an account executive in the Denver office for Household Finance, a mortgage refinancing and debt consolidation firm. He has also served as an associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The Puschavers sold a home at 1750 S. Humboldt St. in Denver for $595,000 on Jan. 8.

Home sales in Town and Country dropped 21 percent in 2007. The median price, however, rose $25,000, from $640,000 to $665,000.

Median sales prices in Town and Country have risen steadily since 2000, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
