Larry Thrap and his wife, Kimberly, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 15 Peppermill Ct. in Wildwood for $325,000 from Douglas and Julia Bahr on Feb. 19.

The Bahrs paid $220,000 for the home in July 1997.

Phyllis Baar of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $339,900.

Mr. Thrap is the director of retail sales for the Dobson Communications Corporation, a subsidiary of AT&T. He attended the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Mo.

Home sales in Wildwood dropped 16 percent in 2007. The median sale price also dropped $3,000 last year, from $358,000 in 2006 to $355,000 in 2007.

Median home sales prices in Wildwood have risen steadily since 1999, according to BlockShopper Metrics.
