Marketing creative director gets $308K for Affton 4BD

Greg Sullentrup and his wife, Mary, sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 10413 Jade Forest Dr. in Affton for $308,000 to Georgiann Kegel and her husband, Keith, on March 11.

Marietta Veluz of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $314,900.

Mr. Sullentrup is the executive creative director at Momentum, a Richmond Heights marketing and communications company that is part of international marketing giant McCann Worldgroup.

He previously served as the chief creative officer at Waylon Promotions and a creative director at the D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Group.

He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City and East Central College.

The Sullentrups paid $645,000 for a home in Sunset Hills on Jan. 23.

Mrs. Kegel is a human resources and management services analyst for Washington University in St. Louis.

Home sales in Affton dropped six percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, rose $3,000 last year, from $145,000 in 2006 to $148,000 in 2007.
