Nicholas W. Hendon bought a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 76 Frederick Lane in Glendale for $405,000 from Nathan and Jennifer McKean on March 5.

The McKeans paid $229,000 for the home in Aug. 2001.

Cynda Scott of Gladys Manion Inc. real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $419,000.

Hendon is an associate for St. Louis law firm Husch Blackwell Sanders. He concentrates on corporate transactions and securities, representing businesses and private equity funds.

He earned his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (2006) and also his M.B.A. from Washington University. He received his bachelor's in mathematics and computer science from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill.

Home sales in Glendale dropped nearly six percent in 2007. The median sale price, however, rose $20,000 last year, from $258,000 in 2006 to $278,000 in 2007.
