KSDK Channel 5 sales manager buys in Kirkwood

Alicia Elsner and her husband, Patrick, bought a new four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 618 Brookhaven Ct. in Kirkwood for $660,000 from 618 Brookhaven LLC on March 20.

John Richmond of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $724,000 when it appeared on the market in Sept. 2006.

Mrs. Elsner is a sales manager for KSDK News Channel 5 in St. Louis. She's worked in that role for the last three years.

Mr. Elsner is the chief marketing officer at the Vinson Mortgage Group in St. Louis. He previously served as the director of sports sponsorships for Clear Channel Radio in St. Louis.

Home sales in Kirkwood dropped 14 percent in 2007. The median sale price also dropped $9,000 last year, from $209,000 in 2006 to $200,000 in 2007.
