Nikki and Mike Mahn of Prudential Select Properties were the agents for the sale. The home was listed for $560,000 when it appeared on the market in December.

Mr. Burmester is the vice president of the St. Louis office of the Iowa Hospital Association, a nationwide network of more than 2000 community owned healthcare organizations and their physicians. He joined the association in 1998.

He earned a bachelor's in marketing and a master's in health services administration from Arizona State University.

Dr. Thomas Panasci is an internist with the St. John's Mercy Medical Group in St. Louis. He sees patients at the Des Peres Internal Medicine South medical center in Manchester.

He earned his M.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr. Jennifer Panasci is a pediatrician who has served as the chief resident of the Pediatrics Department of SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

Home sales in Wildwood dropped 14.3 percent in 2007. Median sales prices over that time period slipped $3,000, from $358,000 to $355,000.
