Doctors get $464K for West County 4BD

Dr. Khalida Anwar and her husband, Dr. Asif Anwar, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 11917 Moorland Manor Ct. in Unincorporated West County for $464,000 to Matthew P. Grad and wife, Mihaela, on April 14.

The Anwars paid $445,000 for the property on June 2004. It was built in 1997.

Kimberly Carney of Coldwell Banker Premier Group real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $474,900.

Dr. Khalida Anwar practices physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Spine and Joint Rehabilitation Center on Old Ballas Rd. in St. Louis. She opened the clinic in 2005 after previously working at Missouri Bone and Joint in St. Louis.

She completed her residency at Washington University.

Dr. Asif Anwar is a critical care specialist affiliated with Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis.

Home sales in Unincorporated West County dropped 20 percent in 2007. The median sales price dropped $9,000, from $199,000 in 2006 to $190,000 in 2007.
