Merryl Crivelli sold her four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 16724 Highland Summit Dr. in Wildwood for $385,000 to Thomas and Julie Renfert on April 8.
The 2,795 square foot house was built in 1997.
Jason Thomas of RE/MAX Stars real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $419,000.
Crivelli is a representative of the management department of the School of Business and Technology at Webster University in St. Louis.
Home sales in Wildwood dropped more than 14 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $3,000 last year, from $358,000 in 2006 to $355,000 in 2007.
