Marketing exec pays $472.5K in Glendale

Brian Condon bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 985 Kirkham Ave. in Glendale for $472,500 from Robin Spears on April 10.

Spears paid $430,000 for the home in Aug. 2004.

Alex Tilford of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $484,900.

Condon is an executive vice president and a dealer with Full-Circle Solutions, a direct marketing company specializing in the automotive industry in St. Louis.

Home sales in Glendale dropped nine percent in 2007. The median price, however, rose $18,000 from $260,000 in 2006 to $278,000 in 2007.
