Gregory C. Chatten, and his wife, Gloria P. O'Niell, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 224 Turnberry Place Dr. in Wildwood for $381,000 to Pierre Fromboise and his wife, Maria, on March 24.
The 2,844 square foot house was built in 1990.
Sisi Edlund of Coldwell Banker Gundaker was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $417,000 when it appeared on the market in August.
Mr. Chatten is the president and CEO of St. Louis-based Forensic Computer Service Inc., which helps recover evidence of data stolen from company computers by employees or former employees.
He's also with St. Louis Internet, Inc., a company that provides internet service (ISP) to business customers, and Advanced Digital Systems of St. Louis, Inc., a company that designs, sells and installs commercial two-way radio communication systems.
He graduated from Illinois State University.
Home sales in Wildwood dropped more than 14 percent in 2007. Median sale price also dropped $3,000 last year, from $358,000 in 2006 to $355,000 in 2007.
