Jeffrey Zornes and his wife, Stephanie, bought a three-bedroom, 1.5 bath at 7059 Lindell Blvd. in University City for $397,000 from Barry and Lisa Daggs on April 4.
Relocation Advances LLC facilitated the sale. The Daggses paid $373,500 for the home in Sept. 2006. The 2,100 square foot house was built in 1921.
Gloria Gantner of Laura McCarthy real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $444,900 when it appeared on the market in November.
Mr. Zornes has served as the St. Louis director of global service at the Trammell Crow Company, a national real estate development and investment company. He was appointed to the position in 2002.
