Kraig Ecker and his wife, Angela, sold a three-bedroom, two bath at 6312 Highland Estates Dr. in Oakville for $330,000 to Jason R. Christopher and his wife, Kimberly, on April 11.

The Eckers paid $320,000 for the house on Dec. 2004. The 2,247 square foot house was built in 1985.

Mr. Ecker is currently working as an account manager in the St. Louis office of CISCO Systems, the Internet networking equipment and management giant. He's worked for the company since 2000.

The Eckers are also independent distributors of MonaVie, an acai berry-based health juice drink.

Home sales in Oakville dropped nearly 16 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $22,000 last year, from $230,000 in 2006 to $208,000 in 2007.
