Sirva Relocation LLC facilitated the sale. The Kolczaks paid $304,900 for the home in Aug. 2005.

Jean Hostman of RE/MAX Suburban real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $334,500.

Mrs. Beiersdorf is an artist who offers custom artwork in oil, acrylic, pastel and charcoal, and also specializes in portraits and murals. She has a fine arts degree in painting and drawing from the University of New Orleans.

Home sales in Wildwood dropped more than 14 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $3,000 last year, from $358,000 in 2006 to $355,000 in 2007.
