David M. Kolker and his wife, Kristin, sold a four-bedroom, three bath at 12759 Ladue Rd. in Creve Coeur for $562,000 to Daniel R. Nieva and Adam A. Schulenburger on March 21.

The Kolkers paid $424,900 for the home in July 2002. It was built in 1972.

Edwin Keith of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $585,000.

Mr. Kolker co-founded Vein Centers for Excellence, a national company headquartered in St. Louis that specializes in the treatment of and therapy for spider veins and vericose veins.

Prior to founding VCFE, he founded DMK Enterprises, a national practice management consulting organization. He is also a partner in two ambulatory surgery centers and president of Kolker Construction in St. Louis.

Mr. Kolker earned his J.D. from Southern Illinois University Law School.

Home sales in Creve Coeur dropped nearly four percent in 2007. Median sales prices, however, rose $85,000 last year, from $250,000 in 2006 to $335,000 in 2007.
