Realtors sell Town Country 5BD

Lawrence Cherry and his wife, Pamela, sold a five-bedroom, four bath at 13504 Weston Park Dr. in Town & Country for $1,120,200 to Margaret and Thomas Marcrander on April 7.

The Cherrys paid $905,000 for the home in Sept. 2004. The 4,997 square foot house was built in 1987.

Mr. Cherry of Cherry Properties was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $1.199 million when it appeared on the market in February.

Mr. and Mrs. Cherry own and operate Cherry Properties, a licensed real estate brokerage company in St. Louis. They service the St. Louis area as well as Lake of the Ozarks.

The couple bought a house in Wildwood for $788,660 in April 2007.

Home sales in Town & Country dropped more than 17 percent in 2007. The median sale price, however, rose $13,000 last year, from $652,000 in 2006 to $665,000 in 2007.
