Eric L. Hakmiller and his wife, Rhonda, bought a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 1519 Honey Locust Ct. in Wildwood for $720,000 from Douglas Sprague and Rachel Ammann on April 2.
Sprague and Ammann paid $560,000 for the home in June 1997. It was built in 1994.
Linda West of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $745,000.
Mr. Hakmiller is a vice president and general manager at Bunge Biofuels, a sub-company of Bunge North America, which is based in St. Louis. The company supplies corn to ethanol facilities to form alternative fuel.
He has also served as the chief administrative officer at Bunge, and as a vice president and general manager at Solae LLC. He attended Loyola Marymount University and the University of Maine.
Home sales in Wildwood dropped more than 14 percent in 2007. Median sales prices also dropped $3,000 last year, from $358,000 in 2006 to $355,000 in 2007.
