Dr. Ralph J. Graff and his wife, Millicent, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 951 Revere Dr. in Town & Country for $900,000 to Bar Harbor Limited Partnership on April 1.

The 3,450 square foot house was built in 1947.

Dr. Graff is a professor of surgery at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He also serves as a staff surgeon at Cardinal Glennon Hospital and at the Saint Louis University Medical Center, as well as the Veteran's Administration Medical Center, where he is chief of transplant service of the John Cochran Division. He is also an associate staff surgeon at St. Mary's Health Center.

He earned his M.D. and his bachelor's from Washington University in St. Louis.

Home sales in Town & Country dropped more than 17 percent in 2007. The median sale price, however, rose $13,000 last year, from $652,000 in 2006 to $665,000 in 2007.
