Metal products couple spends $1.575M in Town Country

Stefanie Dunlop and her husband, Kristopher, bought a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 25 Chapel Hill Estates in Town & Country for $1.575 million from Andrew C. Hafenscher and his wife, Kimberly, on April 9.

The Hafenschers paid $1.63 million for the property on Jan. 2006.

Jan Kosmal of Coldwell Banker Premier Group real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $1,699,900.

Mrs. Dunlop serves as a vice president and treasurer of Service Metal Products, a St. Louis company that sells valves, flanges and fittings exclusively to industrial supply houses, wholesale plumbing and heating companies.

She earner her bachelor's in administrative management from Southwest Missouri State University.

Mr. Dunlop is a controller at Service Metal Products.

The CPA received his bachelor's in accounting from Southwest Missouri State University.

Home sales in Town & Country dropped more than 17 percent in 2007. The median sale price, however, rose $13,000 last year, from $652,000 in 2006 to $665,000 in 2007.
