Patrick L. Dupuis and his wife, Carolyn, have listed their five-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 6400 Cecil Ave. in Clayton for $1.896 million.

Mr. and Mrs. Dupuis paid $1.7 million for the home in June 2004.

Barbara Wulfing of Janet McAfee Inc. real estate is the listing agent for the 5,010 square foot home, which was built in 1926.

Mr. Dupuis is the global chief financial officer for Sitel, a leading global provider of outsourced customer contact center services based in Nashville, Tenn. He joined the company earlier this year.

He joined Sitel after three years as the chief financial officer for BJC HealthCare in St. Louis. He joined the company in 2004 after 20 years in various positions with GE Medical in Milwaukee, Wis., including a stint as vice president and chief financial officer.

Home sales in Clayton dropped more than 12 percent in 2007. The median sale price, however, increased $33,000 last year, from $478,000 in 2006 to $511,000 in 2007.
