Surgeon, realtor spend $309K for Ballwin 3BD

Dr. Klark Exarhou and his wife, Paula, bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 15930 Eagles Landing Court in Ballwin for $309,000 from Margaret McGough on April 21.

McGough paid $160,000 for the home in Sept. 1985, the same year it was built.

Janet Weinrich of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $319,000.

Dr. Exarhou is a general surgeon in the St. Louis area.

Mrs. Exarhou is a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker in Chesterfield. She's been a licensed agent since 1997.

The Exarhous sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 16709 Kehrsgrove Dr. in Clarkson Valley for $590,000 on Feb. 15.

Home sales in Ballwin dropped 12 percent in 2007. The median sale price also dropped $1,000 last year, from $220,000 in 2006 to $219,000 in 2007.
